I’m Sally Williams – a nutritionist, professional speaker, and host of The Heal My Health podcast. After completing a BHSc in Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine, I established Heal My Health where I spent some years supported hundreds of clients in achieving their health goals.
I have now developed a strong presence as a speaker and educator, delivering engaging talks, workshops, and retreats that inspire audiences to understand their bodies and health on a deeper level. From corporate wellness events to immersive retreats and my podcast, I bring enthusiasm, clarity, and compassion to every opportunity, helping participants translate knowledge into meaningful, lasting change.
