I’m Sally Williams – a holistic nutritionist, professional speaker, and host of the Heal My Health podcast. After completing a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine (with Distinction, 2022), I established Heal My Health, where I have supported over 500 clients in achieving sustainable health and wellness goals. With extensive experience in clinical nutrition and a passion for evidence-based, practical guidance, I help individuals navigate the everyday challenges of nutrition while fostering long-term, positive lifestyle changes.
Alongside my clinical practice, I have developed a strong presence as a speaker and educator, delivering engaging talks, workshops, and retreats that inspire audiences to understand their bodies and health on a deeper level. From corporate wellness events to immersive retreats and my podcast, I bring enthusiasm, clarity, and compassion to every opportunity, helping participants translate knowledge into meaningful, lasting change.
