I’m Sally Williams – podcast host, speaker, and holistic health coach. My passion lies in creating spaces where people can learn, reflect, and connect more deeply with themselves, whether that’s through a podcast conversation, a live event, or an immersive retreat experience.

My philosophy is simple: true wellbeing comes from nurturing the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. Nutrition may be the foundation of my work, but I believe lasting change also requires understanding what drives our behaviours, choices, and emotional patterns. When we look inward and reconnect with our values, we create the clarity and balance that makes healthy living feel natural and sustainable.

My own journey has been shaped by both science and self-discovery – from years of strength training, NLP practitioner certification, and Tony Robbins seminars, to soul-led travels through Nepal and the Himalayas, and ultimately completing my Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine) with distinction. These experiences taught me that balance isn’t about perfection, but about listening, setting boundaries, and focusing on what truly matters.

Through The Heal My Health Podcast, as well as workshops, seminars, and retreats, I share evidence-based health insights alongside real, human conversations about mindset, resilience, and self-care. My aim is to inspire people not just to eat well, but to live well – with compassion, clarity, and confidence.
